WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (HAVISHAM CLOSE, BIRCHWOOD) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Havisham Close outside property numbers 5 to 17.
The Order will be effective from 3rd August 2026 for 3 days, between 9:30am and 2:30pm, as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for Openreach to install a new service connection.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (FIELDFARE CLOSE, BIRCHWOOD) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Fieldfare Close from its junction with Whinchat Drive to outside property number 20.
The Order will be effective from 16th July 2026 for 5 days, as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Whinchat Drive, Swallow Close, Fieldfare Close and vice versa. The closure is required to allow Openreach to install a new service connection.

Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Picton Close for its entire length from its junction with Elton Close.
The Order will be effective from 10th August 2026 for 3 days, between 9:30am and 2:30pm, as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for Openreach to install a new service connection.

The Order will be effective from 10th August 2026 for 3 days, between 9:30am and 2:30pm, as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for Openreach to install a new service connection.

The Order will be effective from 11th August 2026 for 3 days, between 9:30am and 2:30pm, as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for Openreach to install a new service connection.
