Between looking after everyone else, it can be easy to put your own health and wellbeing at the bottom of the list.

That’s why we’ve created a space where you can move, get stronger and focus on your body, without the pressure🥹

Whether you’re getting back into fitness, looking to build your strength or simply want some time for yourself, there’s something for everyone at Z💪💜

Ready to get moving? Browse our classes via the link in our bio and find the one that feels right for you👇

There’s something about colder mornings and a cosy drink that just hits differently☕️🥹

Our autumn drinks are here and ready for your next coffee catch-up, school run stop or playdate:
🎃 Pumpkin Spiced Latte
🤍 White Chocolate Matcha
🍪 Biscoff Hot Chocolate

Come in, grab a drink and let the little ones have a play while you catch up, or grab yours to take away if you’re on the go💜

Which one are you trying first? 👀👇

01/10/2026

We know the feeling…one hand on the pram, one eye on the kids and a million things to do at once💜

That’s why our canned drinks are made for busy days.

Grab one for now and pop one in your bag for later. They’re sealed, ready to go and easy to enjoy whenever you need that little pick me up.

No need to drink it straight away, no need to find somewhere to sit, just grab, go and save it for when you need it most💜

Because sometimes you need a little something for now and a little something for later🫶🏼
