🌈 The Lounge is back! 🎲♟️🎉

Looking for somewhere fun for your child to spend a Friday evening? The Lounge Youth Group at Westbrook Library & Community Centre is a relaxed, friendly space for young people aged 8+ to get together, have fun and make new friends. ❤️

🎲 Games, quizzes & lots of activities
♟️ Board games & bingo
🥤 Unlimited squash included
🍬 Tuck shop available
👧🧒 Ages 8+

⏰ 6:30pm–8:00pm

Do you know a young person who loves chess — or would like to learn and improve their game?

Our 12+ Chess Club runs every Thursday afternoon at Westbrook Library & Community Centre. Whether they’re already a confident player or just want to develop their skills, it’s a great opportunity to play, practise and meet other young chess enthusiasts. 🏆

Chocolate, lemon, coffee, ginger, vanilla, what's your favourite? We've got the lot at our Macmillan Coffee Morning. Come down between 10-12 and pick up some delicious cake. All for a good cause! Oh and we've just had our first donation this week's pocket money from a 9 year old. How cute.

Talking Point offers friendly one-to-one support in your local community, with no appointment mentioned on the poster — simply drop in and have a chat.

They can offer advice and support around things such as life changes, mental health, money worries, caring responsibilities and more. ❤️

Our Table Tennis Club runs every Thursday evening at Westbrook Library & Community Centre — and there’s no need to book, just turn up and play!

Whether you’re a regular player, haven’t picked up a bat for years, or simply fancy giving it a go, you’ll be very welcome. 😊

It’s all about fun, friendship and guidance, so you don’t need to be an expert to join in.
