🌟 We're Looking Forward to Welcoming Everyone Back! 🌟

As the summer holidays soon come to an end, all of us at Holyhead Primary Academy are looking forward to welcoming our children and families back to school, as well as giving a very warm welcome to our new pupils who will be joining us this year!

Our staff will be busy preparing for the new academic year during our INSET Days on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd September, ready to welcome pupils back to school on Thursday 3rd September.

If your child is starting in EYFS, you should already have received confirmation of your child's transition dates and home visit arrangements for next week. If your child is a returning EYFS pupil, you will also have received information regarding their return date. If you need any further information about transition arrangements or return dates, please contact the school office on Tuesday or Wednesday next week and we will be happy to help.

Our Year 4 children have had a brilliant time diving into the world of the Anglo‑Saxons and Vikings this week at Bishopswood. From exploring daily life in the settlements to discovering how Viking raids shaped Britain, the class has been full of curiosity and great questions. We’re so proud of how engaged they’ve been in bringing history to life.
