Looking for a breath of fresh air, a chance to learn new skills, or just a friendly chat? Cultivate invites you and your family to a special taster day for our brand-new Wellbeing Gardening Club!

Whether you have a seasoned green thumb or have never touched a trowel, this is a celebration of community growing dedicated to nurturing both plants and people.

✨ What to Expect
Gardening: Please help us in the garden, simple tasks such a weeding and watering.
Wellbeing at the Core: This is a completely open, welcoming, and stress-free space designed for everyone to boost their wellbeing and make meaningful social connections.

Bring the Family: Parents with children are incredibly welcome! It's a fantastic way to get the little ones outside (we just ask that children are supervised by a parent or guardian at all times).

Cake & Cooking Inspiration: To celebrate, we’ll have plenty of refreshments—including delicious cake—ready for you to enjoy. Plus, you'll get to take home a brilliant recipe to keep the "Get Growing, Get Cooking" momentum going at home!

✨ Am hanner tymor anhygoel rydym wedi’i gael yn y Ganolfan Deulu! ✨
O fod yn greadigol gyda chelf a chrefft 🎨, i gael llawer o hwyl gyda Footicubs ⚽, ac yn gorffen yr wythnos gydag ymweliad cyffrous gan Zoolab 🐍🐾 — mae wedi bod yn amser gwych!
Diolch yn fawr i bawb a ddaeth ac a gymerodd ran yn y gweithgareddau. Roedd yn hyfryd gweld cymaint o wynebau hapus! 💛

✨ What an amazing half term we’ve had at the Family Centre! ✨
From getting creative with arts and crafts 🎨, to lots of fun at Footicubs ⚽, and finishing the week with an exciting visit from Zoolab 🐍🐾 — it’s been a fantastic time all around!
A big thank you to everyone who came along and took part in the activities. We loved seeing so many smiling faces! 💛
