Mewn argyfwnwg ffoniwch 999
Our page isn't monitored 24/7. In the event of an emergency call 999 We are an entirely "On Call" station. That means every one of the crew has a "day job", either works, lives or both within 6 mins of the station, and are summoned when required by radio pager. Underneath the kit we are factory workers and farmers, council highways staff and welders, fitness instructors
and tree surgeons. But we are all trained and equipped to the same standards as our Wholetime colleagues and respond to the same incidents. We cover a large, mostly rural area from approx 5 miles West of Welshpool to the Gwynedd boundary including Llanerfyl, Llangadfan and Foel (although regularly cross as far as Mallwyd) Also 1st response to the communities of Tregynon, Adfa, Llanwyddellan, Cefn Coch, New Mills and Manafon to the south, and Dolanog, Pont Robert and half of Meifod to the North.
