🏡 We're proud to have launched a new carpet grant project with Chippenham Borough Lands Charity.

Together, we've invested £10,000 to provide carpets, underlay and fitting for eligible customers moving into homes without flooring. The scheme is designed to support some of our most vulnerable customers, helping make homes warmer, safer and more comfortable.

Three households have already benefited, with many more expected to receive support this year.

🏠 Today, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published its latest regulatory judgement for GSA.

The judgement has resulted in a Governance grading of G3 and a Financial Viability grading of V3. We accept the Regulator's findings and acknowledge that we need to do more to strengthen governance, risk management and financial oversight across our organisation.

We have already begun a programme of improvements and remain committed to delivering the changes needed. While there is more work to do, we are focused on making lasting improvements that will help us deliver better outcomes for our customers.

GreenSquareAccord remains a stable organisation, and we will continue to provide safe, quality homes and services to our customers and communities.
