Eastleigh Borough Council is carrying out its annual electoral canvass. The annual canvass runs from August to November, and the revised electoral register will be published on 1 December.

Parish and Borough Councillors will be elected in May 2027.

Are your details up to date on the electoral register?

Reminder letters have gone out to those households who haven’t yet responded to the annual canvass letter. If you still need to respond, please follow the instructions to ensure our records are up to date.

This information can also be used when applying for credit, such as a mortgage or personal loan. Not being registered can risk you being refused credit.

If we do not receive the required response, we will make every attempt to get a response from you. This may be via reminder forms, emails, a telephone call, or a visit to your property.

Our popular Halloween Trail on Hatch Grange is back for half term.

Starting on Monday 26th October, pop into the cafe to get a sheet, find the spooky name and bring your sheet back for a free sweet treat 🎃

There have been lots of roadworks in West End over the last few weeks, with works on Botley Road currently underway and a Quob Lane closure starting tomorrow.

One of the easiest ways to check what roadworks or road closures are planned is to visit the following page: https://one.network/en-gb

The drainage repairs on Botley Road are due to finish by the 16th of October

Quob Lane is due to be closed from 8am on 7th October until 6pm on 9th October. The diversion is detailed here: https://one.network/?tmi=GB47293176
