Today Blue watch attended dementia training with Home Instead on the Dementia bus.
This involved sensory deprivation and overload, to experience the difficulties faced in everyday tasks.
Eye opening experience for sure.

We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone that came to get their cars washed today for our Firefighters charity. We have raised £367. We'd like to mention Costa in Wetherby and Balterzans bakery also in Wetherby for your ongoing support and tasty donations. Another charity car wash happening in September dates to be announced closer to the time.
