📖 Have your say on proposed improvements to Chickerell Community Library 📖

Following last year’s community survey, an extension to the Chickerell Community Managed Library was identified by residents as a priority. The Friends of Chickerell Community Library have now developed a proposal for a small extension to the Peto Memorial building to improve facilities.

Chickerell Town Council is seeking residents’ views before deciding whether to grant permission for a planning application to be submitted.

The public consultation runs from 27 April 2026 until 6 June 2026.

You can:

✅ pick up a paper copy from Chickerell Community Library or the Town Council offices during opening hours

Your feedback will help inform the Town Council’s decision.
