Foster carers are approved registered adults who look after children and young people who cannot live with their own birth families. A

We care passionately about achieving the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in our care. Our goal is for every child to either return home successfully, experience a permanent placement and/or achieve independent living - whichever is most appropriate. Kasper has a strong commitment to evidence-based and partnership working. We are a preferred supplier to a number of Local Authorities, and work with multiple agencies to deliver a wraparound approach that supports foster carers strategically and practically. Achieving positive outcomes

The entire team - Directors, Foster Carers, Social Workers, Support Teams and Panel Members - is committed to providing long term care and support for children and young people. This quality of service can only be provided by having a dedicated, dynamic and skilled fostering workforce who are well supported and expertly trained.
