Did you know it's only 71 days to Christmas? 🎅

ECCF will be holding our annual Christmas shopping event on the 27th of November from 18.00-21.00.

If you would like to book a table, please contact our reception team on 01955 609709 or email [email protected].

Please be aware that we currently only have small tables left at £15. Small tables are two tables combined in an L shape.

Please note that no businesses will be able to sell alcohol on the premises.

Unfortunately, due to instructor availability and staff sickness, we have had to cancel tonight’s Aqua Fit class. The session will be replaced with an Open Swim instead.

🌊🏊‍♂️ NEW LEVEL 1 SWIMMING ENROLLMENT 🏊‍♀️🌊

We hope everyone is having a fantastic October break! 🍂🎃

Looking to start your child's swimming journey? Our Level 1 Learn to Swim enrollment is taking place on Wednesday 21st October from 12:00pm ⏰

🏊 Available Spaces

Tuesday 🔹 3:30pm - 4:00pm: 3 spaces available

Thursday 🔹 3:30pm - 4:00pm: 6 spaces available
🔹 4:00pm - 4:30pm: 6 spaces available

💦 What is Level 1?

Level 1 is all about helping children become confident and comfortable in the water! 🐠🌟

Through fun games, play and exploration, swimmers will learn the Fundamentals skills needed to begin their aquatic journey.

🌊 Swimmers Will Learn To:

✅ Enter and exit the pool safely
✅ Develop basic movement and water confidence
✅ Blow bubbles through their mouth and nose 🫧
✅ Fully submerge their head and body underwater
✅ Float on their front and back with buoyancy aids ⭐
✅ Regain a standing position independently
✅ Swim 5 metres on their front with a float 🏊
✅ Swim 5 metres on their back with a float 🏊‍♀️

This is the very first step in your child's swimming adventure and a fantastic way to build confidence, water safety awareness, and lifelong swimming skills! 🏅💙

📅 Term 2 Information

Our Term 2 block will begin on Monday 26th October and run through to 18th December.

We're delighted to announce the launch of our Over 35s Walking Football Sessions, kicking off tonight on the all-weather pitch for the next 6 weeks!

🕢 When: 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Each session will include:
✅ Dynamic warm-up & stretching
✅ Fun football drills
✅ Walking football games

Whether you're getting back into football, looking to stay active, or simply want to meet new people, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful game at a pace that suits everyone.

⚠️ Only 18 spaces will be available per session. Book online or phone our reception desk on 01955 609709 to secure your space!

Just a little notice to let you know that, due to pool maintenance, our pool will be closed today from 8am–5pm.

But don’t worry — there’s still plenty to do! 😊

📚 Our library will remain open, so why not pop along with the kiddos for a chilled-out morning? Have a browse, enjoy a few books together and grab a nice cuppa ☕📖

💪 Our fitness suite will also remain open to the public, so you can still get your workout in!

🔥 What a fantastic turnout! 🔥

Instructors Alyssa and Hannah have been absolutely delighted with everyone’s efforts, enthusiasm and hard work during the Hyrox classes! It’s amazing to see everyone pushing themselves, building confidence and bringing such great energy to every session. 👏❤️

Our weekly Hyrox classes run:
🌅 Monday: 6–7am
🔥 Thursday Beginners: 6–7pm
💪 Thursday Intermediate: 7–8pm
☀️ Saturday: 7:30–8:30am

Whether you’re a beginner or ready to challenge yourself further, come along and join us! Everyone is welcome.
