Cllr Sheila Ramsdale and Cllr Phyll Cullen at the Mayor Making ceremony yesterday at Wigan Town Hall.

Sheila thanked former councillor Dave Wood for his service in Wigan West and previously in Orrell Ward.

Dave is a Beech Hill resident of many years and worked alongside the community to help bring people together and make positive changes in the ward.
