OPEN!

I am sceptical but apparently its all working again now.

Open and keen to get some work done!

Oh boy am I getting annoyed with this.

Apparently a completely different fault to Friday which they assured me was "fixed"

Sorry again for the inconvenience guys and I am especially sorry to those that queued for 20 minutes for nothing AND had to deal with me in this mood.

Will update later when I know more.

Update Monday 10th

Apparently its a different fault but we are once again unable to trade at this time....

Really sorry for the inconvenience, trust me I am more annoyed about this than any of you are.

UPDATE

Still down, no information provided by Post Office Ltd, I have no idea if or when they are going to fix it.

I love running my Post Office I really do, but jesus christ do I wish it was with a more competent parent company...

Due to a network fault with the Post Office Horizon system we are currently and irritatingly closed.

There has been no information provided by Post Office Ltd advising us as to what the fault is or how long it will take to fix...

Hopefully back soon, will update here when I know more.

Update from us.

Simon's procedure went well and he is home and resting as ordered.

Post up checkup tomorrow and then back to trying to get him to actually rest for a few days and not find things to do "while he has the time"

As a reminder we are closed tomorrow and Friday this week but will be back on Monday barring any major complications arising from tomorrow's post-op.

Thank you for all the well wishes, and we look forward to getting back to work on Monday.

Garden Waste Sacks have finally been delivered!

Little update, the dates of Simon's operation and follow-up has been changed so a slight change of plan.

We have the lovely Catherine covering the Post Office for the Monday and Tuesday but we will unfortunately be closed the following days:
Wednesday 29th July
Thursday 30th July
and Friday 31st July.

This is to let Simon recover from the operation and be back ready to open on the Monday morning as normal.

We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience that causes.

Tomorrow Thursday 25th we are going to close slightly earlier than advertised, at 4:30pm (instead of 6pm)

Its SO HOT in our shop and by that point of the afternoon its been unbearable the last couple of days. 😰

Advanced notice - we will be closed for a couple of days in July: Wednesday 22nd of July -Friday 24th July.

Simon has a small operation on Wednesday 22nd and will need a couple of days to recover.

Definitely open on Monday 27th of July as normal.
