Last week, our Clerk, Suzy Standen-Payne, attended Aldi's appeal hearing to represent the views of both the Parish Council and local residents.
Concerns were raised about the loss of trees, increased traffic on Eastbourne Road and the wider impact of the development.
We'll keep you posted on any updates and the final decision.📝

Our disabled toilet finally gets its new door fitted on Saturday 5th September 🥳
Please note that during this time the toilet will be unavailable, however the toilet on the other side of the building will still be operational 🚻
