Since 6 April we have been providing an additional CDM consultancy service to assist Principal Designers in fulfilling their duties under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. This is in addition to the help, advice and support we have always provided to both Clients and Contractors in complying with CDM Regulations. Fire Risk Assessment
In order to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Principal can complete an initial fire risk assessment and subsequent yearly reviews of this assessment to ensure that the risks from fire are adequately considered as part of your day to day business. CDM Portals
