Harestock Nursery is a private, independently owned nursery set on the outskirts of Winchester accepting children from 6 months up to 5 years, offering extensive play & learning areas with a large, secure garden & car parking facilities.

Harestock Parents - we kindly ask that you arrive on foot, park away from site, avoid busy times and be patient whilst road maintenance is taking place in and around the nursery car park. We thank you for your understanding and will update you with further details once normal parking resumes.

What an exciting Friday we had last week! 🚒✨ Our little learners had the incredible opportunity to meet the amazing firefighters from our local fire station and explore their impressive fire engine. The children were absolutely captivated as they learned about the essential work firefighters do to keep our community safe.

The visit included a tour of the fire engine, where the children got to see all the equipment and even try being the driver! They learned about the importance of fire safety, what the different types of equipment were used for and what number to call in case of a fire.

After this the preschoolers practiced being fire fire fighters in the role play fire engine whilst learning about how the fire engines have changed over time🩷

We would like to say a massive thank you to Gabby, who is a Brazilian musician, who came to perform to the children today! He showed the children his guitar and explained the different parts of it.
We then had a big music and movement party, with rock and roll style nursery rhymes, baby shark and who let the dogs out!
Everybody had an amazing time, and we are very grateful to Kayleigh for inviting Gabby in, all the way from Brazil!

What better way to start our day after a bank holiday than with a Spa Day! We’ve had a lovely afternoon with natural face masks, lavender water play, foot spas, nail painting, scented cotton wool & even a hairdressing station. The Puffin’s are now feeling very relaxed 😌
