Autumn has arrived in Hampshire, and our countryside sites are packed with events and activities to help you make the most of the season 🍂

Join a beginner-friendly birdwatching session at Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve near Stubbington or take a guided Autumn Colour Tour at Sir Harold Hillier Arboretum and Gardens in Romsey.

As the seasons change, spending time in nature can be a great way to support your mental wellbeing. While it can be harder to find motivation during the colder months, even a short visit outdoors can make a difference. Search '5 steps to mental wellbeing' on the NHS website to find out more.

We recently got a sneak preview of Luminous Oak Academy in Boorley Green, a new special needs school for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The building is designed to help children feel safe, nurtured, and ready to learn with:

- Specialist teaching areas 📖
- Therapy rooms 💙
- Outdoor learning areas 🍃

The school recently opened to its very first pupils, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for children, families, and the local community.
