A proud moment for the AGC Association as the Corps Colonel signed bonds of friendship with three of our veteran family associations during the Veterans & Heritage Event at the Triple Crown Challenge 2026.

This symbolic event signified the creation of formal bonds of friendship between the AGC Association and the RAPC Regimental Association, the RAEC & ETS Association and the WRAC Association. These bonds represent our shared commitment to collaboration, connection and supporting our veterans together.

More to come as we continue celebrating our incredible community.

Excellent work from Sgt Aishlen Taylor, AGC(SPS).

“I was told I might never run a marathon - but I wasn’t ready to give up.”

Serving British Army mum Aishlen Taylor has turned her inspiring determination into something truly incredible in support of military children.

After facing injury, two surgeries, and months of recovery, she refused to let setbacks define her and went on to complete the 2026 London Marathon and raise over £1,400 for Little Troopers.

For Aishlen, this challenge was about more than just the finish line.

Having seen first-hand how Little Troopers has supported her children through the ups and downs of military life, this was her chance to give something back.

“Little Troopers has supported our children in so many ways over the years, especially during the more challenging parts of military life.

"It means a lot to be able to give something back.”

Our founder, Louise Fetigan MBE, said:

“We are incredibly grateful to Aishlen for taking on the London Marathon after everything she has been through.

"Her determination is inspiring, and the money she has raised will help us continue to provide vital support to children in military families.”
