Not posted in a while as so much has happened these last couple of years.
So much personal loss and - at the same time - so much caring required for elderly members of the family.
So many world events have changed the landscape. Covid. The war in Ukraine. Mental health tsunami in all age groups. And Covid has highlighted the lack of respect, support and pay for caregivers.
Not sure this page has enough clarity for readers on what it actually aims to highlight. Will be reviewing.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Keep caring about mental health. Whatever stage of life.
Loneliness across all ages - loss - feeling like you’re letting people down - being worried about failure - no one - no one should feel like that and yet a lot of people can’t or won’t relate. Perhaps they haven’t had to.
Nearly didn’t read this but it’s uplifting and hopeful.

Having ‘Hope’ is important. 💕
