Shocking. Victims of grooming gangs deserve justice and answers but Lib Dem MP, Clive Jones, failed to vote for a full inquiry into these horrific crimes.

Communities deserve transparency, action, and accountability. It’s time to demand better. Stand with us to ensure this issue is not ignored—join the call for a full inquiry today.

LibDem run Wokingham Borough Council keep saying that they get little money from central government.

But what is the true story?

The biggest sum of money they never mention is the £168 million to run our schools.

Education is around half of the Council's annual spend and all the main costs are covered by government grant.

Why do they forget this?

The funding this year is up by more than 7% on last year.

There is an additional £4.5 million of additional grant.

£1.5 million to cover extra pay rises for teachers.

And an extra £500k to cover additional pension contributions.

Wokingham will also receive a general pupil premium of £4 million.

And there is an extra £1 million for sports.

There is a grant of £2.4 million to cover the costs of free meals for infants.

There is £510k for the National Tutoring programme.

There are payments for the Coronavirus recovery programme of £816k.

There is also £10.8 million of capital money for schools, to improve and expand buildings.

It would be helpful to hear a bit more on how the LibDem run Council is spending our money.

And some recognition of the substantial sums of money actually received from the Conservative Government.
