More memorabilia has recently arrived, this time for Gordon Murray Automotive.

Now merchandise is very hard to come by for GMA so I am super delighted to have added the below.

I already had pins for the T25, T26, T27 and the T34, but have now added some very fine super rare delightful coloured and diamanté pins of the GMA mermaid both in their own box and upon a couple of Christmas Cards both signed by Gordon Murray. A couple of Gordon Murray Designs business card holders, a T50 Lanyard and a pre production T50 wheel centre cap, a Gordon Murray Automotive Coaster, a print from the 73rd Goodwood Members Meeting showing F1 GTR 07R and 19R aka ‘squiggles’ signed on the top right corner by Gordon Murray himself, a Gordon Murray Designs large umbrella and finally a press pack on the first year of Gordon Murray Desigbs from 2007/08

New acquisitions now in

Nissan R390 GT1 press packs from 1997 (x2) and 1998.

I recently received another 1997 Press Pack with slightly more relative information accompanying it.

The black 1998 Press Pack was made to resemble the nomex race suits worn by the drivers. I can’t remember seeing one before and it’s bloody ace, and also have some more lapel pin badges en route from Japan to compliment the one inside this pack.

New book day - bringing in a better example of the Michael Cotton GTR book with the super-rare HARRODS cover..next to my other, slightly sun-faded example

I also have 3 GULF covered versions too (less rare)

And bizarrely, no WEST covered version, the most populous version….

Having been collecting McLaren F1 memorabilia for a number of years, I have also collected all the Auction Catalogues each time one has come up for auction.

I’ve put a reel on my instagram feed a while back, believing I was up to date but new knowledge has surfaced and with the help of and this arrived on my doormat today on 07GTR

So over the past few years I’ve been collating some gumpf on the 15 both for my own personal interest and to document its history for future generations.

My main interests, as is evident on this page, is primarily the Mclaren F1, followed by the XJ220 (mostly as there is more information and memorabilia out there on them) and then the 15.

For the 15 I have 4 press packs on the Intercontinental Challenge including press releases and photos, the latest book from Porter Press in conjunction with Peter Stevens (collectors edition, 11/20) and a jacket from the time with the embossed logo for the Race Series.

Here’s my most recent Yamaha OX99-11 acquisition- the texture of the box is like the cover of the McLaren F1 Owners Manual and Service books, with a lovely red felt inner secured by a silk ribbon. Some of the content is the same as my first post on this car, but it has so much more in it.
