Nothing speaks louder than the experiences of the schools we support.

We're grateful to receive feedback showing how our safeguarding service is helping schools strengthen practice, stay up to date with statutory requirements, and feel more prepared for inspection.

From providing up to date policies and guidance to supporting schools with their Single Central Record, safeguarding audits, weekly safeguarding updates and ad hoc and bespoke support when needed, our aim is to give schools the confidence that their safeguarding arrangements are effective, compliant and centred around the needs of children and young people.

In a constantly evolving safeguarding landscape, having access to expert advice and practical support can make all the difference. We're proud to work alongside schools to help build strong safeguarding cultures, reduce the risk of missed legislative changes and support staff in maintaining a proactive and informed approach to safeguarding.

If you would like to explore how our Safeguarding Service could support your school, we would be happy to talk with you.

Yesterday we came together for our Company Day, and it was genuinely lovely to see so many of us in one room again!

It was a great chance to step away from the usual routine and spend some proper time together as a wider team. We heard updates from across the business, including Director updates, people strategy, changes in employment law, wellbeing, and updates on the development of the systems and tools that support our day to day work.

The afternoon was all about getting stuck in together, with some brilliant team building activities including laser clay pigeon shooting and duck herding. It was great to see everyone having a laugh, and getting involved, even with the unpredictable weather πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜…

Most of all, it was a day about people. Time to talk, listen, learn, and appreciate the work we all do together. A big thank you to everyone who helped organise it, presented, and made the day what it was!

Has your school or trust received a complaint recently?
If so, you're not alone.

Over the past three years, 94% of school leaders have reported an increase in complaints, with many highlighting a significant rise in complex, time consuming and vexatious cases.

At S4S, we know the impact this can have on schools and trusts. Managing complaints effectively requires time, expertise and careful judgement, often diverting valuable resources away from supporting pupils and driving school improvement.

That's why we offer complete complaints management support, helping schools navigate even the most challenging cases with confidence:

βœ”οΈ Independent and professional complaint investigations
βœ”οΈ Advice on managing vexatious, persistent or malicious complaints
βœ”οΈ Reviews of policies and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance
βœ”οΈ Support with Ofsted and DfE correspondence
βœ”οΈ Training and coaching for senior leaders, governors and trustees

With over 13 years of experience supporting the education sector, our expert team helps reduce pressure on headteachers, leadership teams and administrators, while ensuring complaints are handled fairly, transparently and in line with statutory guidance.

Let us manage the complaints process, so you can focus on delivering the best outcomes for your pupils.
