Mum-to-be Priscalla was among visitors to last week's Mummy Matters event at Graiseley Family Hub - organised through The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and African Caribbean Community Initiative (ACCI).
Priscalla found the pelvic health stand invaluable and said: "I'd never even thought about this, now I can take preventative action."
And Tsitsi, who is due to have her third child, benefitted from chatting to the Infant Feeding Team.
"I can start collecting colostrum ahead of my baby son arriving to improve my supply of breast milk," she said.
A host of experts, agencies and partners created a one stop focus for parents to be and new parents.
Sunita, EDI Midwife, said: "It's been really good to bring everyone together like this for a true community event. Thank you to everyone who worked together."
Elisha, ACCI Community Network Development Manager, added: "For some, just making the effort to get out to an event can be difficult, especially if their mental health is poor. Here, we had everything in one place so one visit brought maximum benefits."
