Team Hudson completed the GNR! 🎉.

So happy to say that myself, with my partner Chris, brother Jack & cousin Sophie completed the Great North Run and my children Hetty & Hudson completed the mini Great North Run on behalf of Cystic Fibrosis Cares, a charity very close to our hearts!

Thank you all for your well wishes and donations it really means a lot to us as a family and the charity.

I’m pleased to say that between those pictured we have raised close to £3,000 which is absolutely amazing!

A personal post but one that means a lot to us as a family.

Amanda (who most of you will know from working at the Post Office), Hudson, Hetty (her son & daughter) & her partner Chris will be doing the Great North Run/Mini Run for Cystic Fibrosis Care a charity very close to their hearts as Hudson has Cystic Fibrosis. What makes this year so special is that Hudson will also be taking part in the mini-run - something that we never thought would be possible when he was first diagnosed.

Please donate what you can to this worthy cause and if you can't donate, please can you consider sharing the page, it makes a huge difference to the charity. We will keep fundraising, and advocating for those with Cystic Fibrosis until everyone with this condition can live a normal, healthy and happy life!

Today is 2 years since we took over Wolviston Post Office & store and now is the time to thank all of our customers and local community.

Without your warm welcome and unwavering support this could have been a daunting task but because of you all, it feels as if I personally have come home!
