The Parish Council Clarification Over Not-For-Profit Orgnisations
To All Residents of Woodchurch.

There seems to be some confusion over the relationship between Woodchurch Parish Council and the various community bodies within Woodchurch, in particular “The Hub”.
In the interest of clarity and for the avoidance of any doubt:
The Parish Council and “The Hub” are two distinct and separate legal entities.
The Parish Council is an elected body whose members represent and serve the interests of the community.
The Hub on the other hand is a not-for-profit private company with its own board of directors, set up with the objective to benefit the community. The Parish Council therefore is not involved whatsoever in the day to day affairs of The Hub.
The same applies to other organisations in and around Woodchurch.
