Saturday 10th October is World Mental Health Day 2026. Wiltshire Libraries have a new collection of “mood-boosting books” (chosen by Young Adults) listed on our ‘Suggested Reads’ under ‘Health & Wellbeing’ here: https://orlo.uk/L86OU where you can also browse collections of “Reading Well” books including titles supporting mental health. Research has shown reading for 5 minutes or more each day can improve mental health and wellbeing so why not see if you can feel better with a book?
