Worfield & Rudge Parish Council is looking to co-opt a Councillor for the vacancy in North Ward.

Apley Farm is holding a Classic Motor Day on 12th July 2026 between 7am and 10pm. Bridgnorth Road A442 Stockton junction to Astol junction B4176 will have a managed closure during this time for event safety. Full details can be found at:

⚠️ Help shape Shropshire’s next Local Plan.

A consultation runs from 20 May to 15 July that seeks views to shape the vision and priorities for the new Local Plan, and on the key issues and opportunities facing Shropshire - plus how future development should be planned sustainably; how the council should engage with communities and stakeholders, and the types of evidence that should inform future decisions.

❗ It does not propose development sites or set out preferred options.

Feedback at this stage will help shape later stages of the Local Plan, when options and draft proposals are developed.
