2026 Annual Canvass

Each year we write out to every household to check whether we have the correct people registered to vote and to ask you to inform us of any changes. We also use electronic communication, such as email and text messaging where possible, to make the process simpler.

This means that households may not all receive the same method of communication from us, you may have received a text, email or letter from us asking you to check who we have registered and tell us about any changes.

If we require a response from you and you have not yet responded we will be mailing out canvass forms around 14th September to these properties.

Please respond as soon as possible, you can do this online or by returning the form. You can also respond by telephone or text message if there is no change.

If you need any assistance, please call the Elections Office on 01909 533 252.
