Worksop Armed Forces Weekend Event would like to extend our sincere thanks to SRS Electrical for their valued support and contribution towards this year’s event.

💡SRS Electrical are a local business and wholesaler specialising in electrical installations across domestic, commercial, agricultural and industrial environments. They also operate a wholesaler shop in Worksop which is open to both trade customers and the general public.

The generosity and community spirit shown by local businesses such as SRS Electricals play an important part in helping us deliver a successful weekend for the community, veterans, serving personnel and their families.

Worksop Armed Forces Weekend Event 2026 is delighted to announce that the Joint Aviation Command will be coordinating a flypast by an RAF Chinook helicopter at this year’s event on Saturday 27th June between approximately 10:30am and 10:45am.

Worksop Armed Forces Weekend Event 2026 is delighted to announce that the Joint Aviation Command will be coordinating a flypast by an RAF Chinook helicopter at this year’s event on Saturday 27th June between approximately 10:30am and 10:45am.

The iconic Chinook is one of the most recognisable aircraft in the Royal Air Force and plays a vital role in supporting operations both in the UK and around the world.

We are incredibly proud to be able to include this as part of our Armed Forces Weekend celebrations and would like to thank the Joint Aviation Command and all involved for their support.

🐶 Crazy K9 Fun dog shows🐶

Join us for our fun-filled Dog Show taking place on Saturday 27th June and Sunday 28th June!

We’ll be running 15 fun classes each day, with entry just £2.50 per dog, per class.

🏵️ Rosettes awarded from 1st to 5th place in every class, plus an overall Champion and Reserve Champion at the end of the show. Any dog awarded a 1st or 2nd place rosette in their class will automatically qualify for the Championship final.

📍 Registration opens from 11:00am
⏰ First class starts at 12:00pm
Each class will last approximately 10 minutes.
