Whether you’re feeling low, worried about money, lonely, caring for someone or finding things difficult at home, knowing where to turn can help.

Our guide brings together local support, Community House services and useful contacts for when you need someone to listen.

You do not need to wait until things reach crisis point to ask for help.

Has a company offered to help you with a repair or compensation claim?

Some of our residents are being approached at their doorstep, by phone, text, and social media. Before you sign anything, make sure you know who you're dealing with and what it will cost you. Some agreements could cost you up to half of any compensation.

We've texted all our residents more information. It comes from Worthing Homes and links to our full advice.

Our Residents Annual Report 2025/26 is now available to read online.

The report looks back at the last year and shares how we've performed, where we've made progress and where we still need to improve. This year, we've taken a different approach by providing more context behind our performance figures, helping residents better understand what the results mean and how we compare against our targets.

Some of the report's key highlights include:
Meeting all 12 Tenant Satisfaction Measure targets.
Achieving 100% compliance across our key safety checks.
Investing £11.5 million in improving existing homes.
Completing 61 new homes.
Generating £5.41 million in social value through our community and resident support activities.

The report also highlights areas where we know we need to improve, including routine repairs, complaint handling times, and resident communications. We believe being open about our challenges is just as important as celebrating our successes.
Residents' feedback continues to play an important role in shaping our services, and this report reflects both residents' experiences and the work taking place across our homes and communities.

Today is Bisexual Visibility Day 💜💙

It is a chance to celebrate bisexual people and remind everyone that they should feel safe, respected and free to be themselves.

Our Stonewall Housing Pledge and support for Worthing Pride are part of our ongoing commitment to making our homes and communities welcoming and inclusive for LGBTQ+ people.

If you experience or witness harassment, abuse or hate-related behaviour, please tell us through our customer portal. We are here to listen and help.

Engaging with our local communities and businesses is a big part of who we are.

We’re lucky to be surrounded by so many people and organisations who care about making a difference locally.

It was a great day connecting with local businesses, meeting some brilliant young students and building relationships that we hope will lead to more collaboration across our community.

A thoroughly enjoyable event and a great reminder of what can happen when local people and organisations come together.

Sexual Health Awareness Week

Looking after your sexual health is an important part of looking after your overall health and wellbeing. Even if you do not have any symptoms, regular sexual health checks can help protect you and your partners. Testing is free, confidential and available without judgement.
