🎉 Employee of the Month – June 2026! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Drew, our very well-deserved Employee of the Month! 👏

Since joining the team, Drew has settled into his role incredibly quickly. He’s always asking questions, keen to learn and looking for ways to develop his knowledge.

What really stands out is how much thought Drew puts into the people we support. He’s always considering how we can help them feel happy, involved and fulfilled, and he regularly researches new activities and opportunities for them to enjoy.

A fantastic start, Drew — thank you for everything you bring to the team. ❤️

Some of the people from our Eastbourne house recently enjoyed a brilliant trip to London!

They had a great time exploring the city, seeing the sights and enjoying a busy day out together. Judging by the photos, there were plenty of smiles along the way! 😊

People from our Shoreham house have been making the most of the sunshine with a lovely bike ride, followed by a well-earned picnic! 🚲☀️🥪

Keeping fit and active is so important, but it doesn’t have to feel like exercise — finding something you enjoy and having fun while doing it is what matters! 🙌

We're incredibly proud of Iain, who has been putting his Makaton knowledge and skills into practice by helping out at our Makaton sessions. 🤟✨

⚽️🌳 **What a fantastic afternoon at Hove Park with Loz!** 🌳⚽️

This week's exercise session was all about **TEAM GAMES** 🤝🎯 and what a brilliant time everyone had! 😄🙌

There was plenty of laughter 😂, encouragement 💙, teamwork 🤗 and just the right amount of friendly competition! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏅 It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, supporting one another and staying active while having fun. 💪✨

☀️ Exercising in the sunshine just hits different! 💛

Fresh air, blue skies and a little bit of sunshine can make getting active feel so much more enjoyable. Whether it's a walk, a run, a bike ride or an outdoor workout, every bit of movement counts.

Just remember to stay safe while you're out there:
💧 Keep hydrated and drink plenty of water.
🧴 Apply sunscreen and top it up if you're out for a while.
🧢 Wear a hat and protect yourself from the heat.
😎 Listen to your body and don't push too hard in the hottest part of the day.

Looking after your health isn't just about exercise—it's about exercising smart too. Enjoy the sunshine, stay safe and keep moving! ☀️💪

From thrilling rides 🎢 to sweet treats 🍬🍩 and lots of laughs 😂, this lovely lady was living her best life and making memories that will last a lifetime 💖✨
