🌿 **Celebrating Our Amazing Volunteers – Volunteers' Week 2026** 🌿
This week we took the opportunity to celebrate the incredible people who give their time, energy, kindness and support to make our club such a special place.
To say thank you, we treated our volunteers to some of their favourite foods and gifted each of them a house plant.
Why a plant? Because just like our volunteers, plants need care, attention, patience and nurturing to truly flourish.
Our challenge to them is simple: look after these plants in the same way you look after our club and our members. With love and care, they will grow, thrive and bring joy for many years to come.
Just look at this sea of plants! 🌱 They were everywhere – filling tables, hallways, and even travelling home in cars!
To our volunteers: thank you for your dedication, compassion and commitment. Your support helps create friendships, reduces isolation and makes a real difference in the lives of so many people.
