✨ What a fantastic celebration for our 10th anniversary! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate 10 wonderful years of Hope Community Library! 🥳📚💛

We had such a lovely day with a fantastic turnout! It was great to see everyone from Knit & Natter as well as the families who came to Rachel's Storytime & Crafts. We also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea celebration. 🍰☕

It was so special to see volunteers, community groups, families, and friends all coming together to celebrate everything the library means to our community. Thank you to everyone who came along, supported us, and helped make the day so memorable. Here’s to many more years of community, friendship and reading together! 🎉📚✨

🙌 We are excited to welcome Hannah Robb to Hope Community Library TONIGHT as part of the First Friday Speakers series! ✨

Hannah will be sharing her extensive research on the history of everyday work, drawing from the Chester Court records spanning from 1450 to 1700. Her research features examples from Ruthin, Dodleston, Hope and Kinnerton.

We’re very proud of our library volunteer, Pete Evans, for writing bilingual editions of his beautiful story Sali and the Call of the Curlew. 💖📚

The curlew (Gylfinir) is one of our most iconic, yet threatened, birds. It is recognised by its long, curved bill and its distinctive call, which is known to many as the voice of spring. 🌸

Thank you, Pete, for sharing this wonderful story with our community. Copies are now available at Hope Community Library. 🌼✨
