Wrexham Council’s Housing Department recently held a staff quiz in order to raise funds for Baby Basics.
Baby Basics Wrexham is a volunteer-led project aiming to support new mothers and families who are struggling to meet the financial and practical burden of looking after a new baby and it was an honour to donate £232 to them 😊

A huge thank you to the Housing Dept. of WCBC who held a quiz and raised

Improving communal spaces in Ffordd Offa

Painting works have recently been completed across all blocks of flats in Ffordd Offa, helping to refresh and improve the appearance of the communal areas.
The majority of the funding for the scheme has been provided through Councillor David A. Bithell’s Environmental Budget, with additional funding from the Estates Budget.

As Local Member for Johnstown & Pant Cllr David A Bithell said, “that he was pleased that work to improve our communal areas has been carried out which make such a difference.”

These improvements form part of our ongoing commitment to improving estates and communal spaces for contract holders
