Stock Condition Survey

We’re currently carrying out Stock Condition surveys across our homes in Wrexham. These surveys help us understand the condition and energy efficiency of each property — something we’re legally required to do as your landlord.

When you property is due a survey you will be contacted via letter. A survey takes around 90 minutes and includes looking at key elements like kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, windows and doors

We have appointed Impart Links and Rapleys who will carry out the surveys, the surveyors will wear branded uniform, carry photo ID, and have a letter of authority from the Council.
The letter will include details on which company will be carrying out the works and how to arrange the appointment.

DIY Home Fixes & Preventative Tips🛠️

It is important that you do not put inappropriate items down the toilet – things such as nappies, cotton buds, wet wipes (even if they state they are flushable).

This can cause a blockage in your drainage system and if it is found you have put something down there to cause this you could be recharged.

Remember that this could impact not only on you but also on your neighbours.

By only flushing appropriate items, you help prevent blockages and reduce repair issues, which means we can deal with urgent problems more quickly for everyone.

It is important that we access your property once a year to check the condition of the property and offer any support to you, where needed. We will write to you annually with a visit appointment, and if this is not suitable for you, you can request to change your appointment.

We will then do our best to accommodate short-term change requests, based on our officers schedules.
You can still make any changes to your appointment by visiting or contacting your local estate office directly.
