Talk with me! Our tip this month is 'Lets look at books together'.

Make story time even more fun for your little one:
- Read your little one's favourite book upside down.
- Talk about what you see on the page instead of reading the words.
- Repeat pages they find interesting. Get creative with different silly voices, sounds, and actions! For example, if you read the word 'shiver', you could rub your arms and say 'brrr!' Then wait to see what your little one does in response!

Happy Father's Day!

As continues this is our reminder that babies and small children are most likely to drown at home in the bath or in the garden.

That's why our key message is to keep them in arm’s reach in water.

Many parents mistakenly believe bath seats will keep their baby safe, with potentially tragic consequences.

Please help us spread the message that bath seats are not safety devices.

The Welsh Government have asked Better Communication CIC to undertake an independent review of current support and as part of this we want to hear from families from across Wales, through a number of focus groups.

At each focus group, there will be no more than 8 parents or carers. NO confidential information will be recorded or shared. We will ask you about:
1. What’s working well in your experience
2. What isn’t working so well
3. What you think would really make a difference to the support for children’s speech, language and communication.

Focus groups:
