PADEL HAS ARRIVED IN WYSALL! 🎾

As many of you may know, we (Vic Plant and Caroline Onions) have been busy setting up padel courts in one the barns on our farm. And we are so pleased to finally be able to let you know that we are now live for bookings.

We have three premium courts (2 doubles and a single), a relaxed social area and courses for your to book on to!

Whether you already love padel or have never played before, all levels are welcome. We also have rackets and balls available to borrow, so you can simply book a court and come along!

We’d love to welcome our neighbours through the doors and show you what we’ve created.

I’m looking for a batch cook who would be willing to come to my house, assess the cupboard and freezer situation, come up with some meals and what else I need to buy and then batch cook meals for me. Ideally they would cook at my house so I can have a bit of input when it comes to spice or likes/dislikes & taste tests. The meals would be placed into container that would be then frozen that I can microwave.

I’m diabetic, disabled and chronically ill. My diabetes has been out of control due to lack of energy to cook properly for myself. I don’t want to order meals because I have so much freezer content that needs using up. I don’t have family that can help.

I’m not looking for a professional chef / haut cuisine, just someone who can cook multiple varied meals with initiative and energy. I’m wanting to pay someone to help me once a month. I’d be using my PIP to help me live. Must be 18+ and okay with a dog. Happy if it’s someone who’s retired.

Follow up to an earlier post -

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch regarding the damage done to my son’s car.
We now have CCTV of what appears to be two young (approx between 11 and 14) boys running down Widmerpool Road and onto Main Street at 21:13 hrs. They appear to be holding something that looks like it could be the wing mirror that was taken off of the car. They are wearing dark clothing and hoods or face coverings. One has black trainers and the other white. I am not keen on posting the footage incase they are innocent.

Would anyone on Main Street with CCTV please check their cameras around this time?
