We are used to seeing 0 new members for weeks at a time over at Stockton and Hartlepool Green Party.

However, since Zack Polanski was elected as leader we have been getting new members non-stop! We have literally never been this popular.

We are really close to getting 30 new members within 2 weeks, I really want to see us get over the 30 figure by Monday!

If you are in Stockton and Hartlepool and have been on the fence, or know someone else who is, now is the time to join us!

If you're in Yarm you may have received a letter from a local councillor promoting Yarm Independents.

In the circulated letter, the Conservative councillor asks voters to reject party politics referring to Georgina, implying she is not a local candidate, in favour of Yarm Independents.

Georgina DOES live in Yarm. it is normal for candidates to withhold their address from voting forms - Georgina decided to keep hers private, as have other candidates. However the letter is unreasonably selective about who is assumed not to live in Yarm.

Can you help get me elected in Yarm parish? We will be distributing leaflets in Yarm to let residents know to vote Green in the upcoming parish elections. The parish will be split into 6-7 areas for volunteers to distribute to. This is open to members and non-members. Greens can win in Yarm parish!....

Been delivering leaflets again today in Yarm.

I keep hearing from residents that a major concern for the park is antisocial behaviour and heard some great ideas about solutions.

I think it's time to think outside the box about creative ways we can positively engage the wider community to use the park. Increasing the visibility of members of the public in the park will help us all reassure each others safety, and will also foster a sense of shared ownership and responsibility to everyone who uses the park.

Been pounding the pavement again today in Yarm. Chatted to residents about a variety of issues. A consistent theme amongst residents was that they'd like to see fresh faces on Yarm Town Council, and I can be exactly that!
