The Navy Wings Wasp is heading to the National Memorial Arboretum this weekend for Armed Forces Weekend.

Join us on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June to get up close to this fascinating aircraft and learn more about its service with the Royal Navy. The Wasp played a vital role during the Cold War, operating from the decks of frigates around the world and demonstrating remarkable versatility in some of the most challenging maritime environments.

Our legendary Fairey Swordfish is heading to Kent this weekend! ✈️

On Saturday, the Navy Wings Swordfish will display at both Folkestone Armed Forces Day and the Headcorn International Air Show, before returning to Headcorn on Sunday for a second day of flying displays.

Operating from Headcorn throughout the weekend, the iconic 'Stringbag' will be bringing the sights and sounds of Royal Navy aviation history to thousands of spectators.

Few aircraft evoke the spirit of a bygone era quite like the Swordfish. More than 80 years after its wartime service, seeing this remarkable aircraft take to the skies remains a truly unforgettable experience.
