Our Housing Repairs Team is attending mandatory all-day training on Thursday, 25th June. To ensure we can assist with critical issues, please contact us by phone only in the event of an emergency.
For emergency repairs, please use our out-of-hours phone lines at 01904 630405 or 01904 427699.

The Mental Health Floating Support Service provides flexible, creative, responsive housing and mental health support to adults in the community.

They offer support with:
• addressing debt and budgeting issues
• dealing with Antisocial Behaviour (ASB)
• claiming the correct benefits
• accessing training, education and employment
• social isolation
• accessing physical or mental health support

The service is suitable for any person/couple over 18 years of age struggling with housing-related issues or whose circumstances are having a negative impact on their housing and wellbeing

All referrals are received through the York Single Access Point at City of York Council.

Our portal brings together housing services, and registering will allow you to:
• apply for housing
• check your rent account
• make a payment
• send a message
• email your Housing Management Officer
• view your repairs
• report anti-social behaviour

You can set up or log in to your Open Housing account online, using your tenancy reference, which starts "1900" or "600", or your application reference which starts "800".
