Part two of our visit to All Saints’ Church, Pavement with actors Andrea and Hrafn, play Margaret Clitherow and Guy Fawkes in Remember, Remember.

This atmospheric new production comes to York Mansion House in two weeks’ time, with musical support from Olivia Graham - Celtic Folk Musician.

Margaret, known as “the Pearl of York”, was executed on Ouse Bridge, York, in 1586, for harbouring Catholic priests in her Shambles home.

York teenager Guy Fawkes is believed to have been present at her death.

In Remember, Remember, their two spirits rise to tell their connected stories.
