On Thursday, 28th May 2026, officers attached to the Northern Division and Carriacou Police Station of the Royal Grenada Police Force hosted a ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ-๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ to raise awareness and promote community action against all forms of violence. โ๐พ๐
The event received tremendous support from representatives of Bishop's College, Hillsborough Secondary School, the nursing fraternity, the Child Protection Authority, the Social Development and Youth Department, the Citizen Advisory Body, Mrs. Kacy Mills, Junior Minister for Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs, and members of the wider community. ๐ค๐พ๐ซ๐ฉ๐พโโ๏ธ
The march served as a powerful reminder of the importance of respect, equality, and collective responsibility in preventing gender-based violence. Together, participants sent a clear message that violence has no place in our communities and that everyone has a role to play in creating a safer society. ๐๏ธ๐ช๐พ
