MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR DAMONGO CONSTITUENCY AND MINISTER FOR LANDS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DONATES THREE TRICYCLES.

The distinguished Member of Parliament for the Damongo constituency; Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor has through his constituency executives donated three brand new tricycles to three Dagaba women groups in Kananto, Kabampe and Grupe in the Apilso Electoral Area of his constituency on 6th July, 2022.

This donation is in fulfilment of an earlier promise the Hon MP made to these women a couple of months ago in one of his routine community engagements. His objective is to help alleviate the plight of these women in transporting their farm produce to the various market centers. The tricycles are very crucial to their socio-economic activities as it will aid them cart their farm produce and other wares to the nearest market centers for trade.

The "Man of Action" as he's affectionately called, also donated three modern sound systems to the youth of these three communities to serve as stress relievers to them after a hard day's work. The youth oriented MP understands the need for re-energizing the youth through entertainment to ensure they have the right frame of mind and psyche to contribute meaningfully towards national development. This is in sync with the maxim "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy".

In addressing the community members, the Constituency secretary admonished them to take very good care of these equipment to ensure they derived maximum benefits, since it's now their personal properties. Community members could not hide their excitement and expressed their appreciation and words of prayer to the Hon MP for his continues support and transformative policies for them.
