Bartenders Guild Ghana Bartenders Guild Ghana is a non-profit organization funded by its members and by corporate sponsorship from within the wine and spirits industry.

The Bartenders Guild Ghana (BGG) is a registered association, with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana. The vision of the group is to promote the advancement of the bartending profession in Ghana. In that regard, our mission: to foster a community of professional bartenders, with a platform that serves our sponsors/supporters and partners, in the hospitality as well as drinks and beverages industry.

Our core function is to serve as a networking platform, to groom and mentor members to be knowledgeable about best practices, professional ethics, key elements; beers, wines, spirits and cocktails in service delivery, plus new and upcoming trends in relevant industries. The BGG represents a collective voice to facilitate constructive dialogue with respective provincial liquor licensing agencies across Ghana, with the aim of raising awareness of quality products. We affiliate with companies within the drink and beverage industry, to serve as a marketing vehicle to push brands directly to their customers and consumers. As a result we are better able to unadulterated information with regards to consumer or customer wants and preferences. In the hospitality industry we provide the best pool of potential mixologists, bartenders and waiting staff to treat the customer as king, thus differentiating our partners, all things being equal as the numero uno in the industry. The Bartenders Guild Ghana stands for innovation, professionalism and customer-centric service delivery.
