🕊️ ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PASSING OF A GREAT SON OF DZITA 🕊️

Dear Chiefs, Elders and Fellow citizens of Dzita, home and abroad,

It is with a heavy heart and deep reverence that I post this flyer, announcing the passing of one of Dzita's oldest sons, Papa Peter Atsu Agbenaza (a.k.a. Tukpodzi), who peacefully answered the call of eternity at the remarkable age of 121 years.

Yes! One hundred and twenty-one seasons he walked among us,

Witnessing the rise and fall of generations,

Carrying the stories of our ancestors,

And leaving footprints that time itself cannot erase.

I join the entire community in mourning the departure of a living bridge between our past and our present.

I kindly invite all sons and daughters of Dzita, friends, and well-wishers to join us on September 19, 2026 in giving our beloved elder the dignified farewell he deserves.

May the Almighty grant him eternal rest.

Rest peacefully, Torgbui Peter Atsu Agbenaza (Tukpodzi). Your earthly journey is complete; your legacy lives forever.
