We are all aware of the mess in Parliament. The Ghanaian the Ghanaian Parliament today is comparable to that of Somalia, Sudan, Congo etc. All because Parliament is headed by the NDC. I have serious challenge with people who talks as if the 2 size are causing trouble in Parliament. It should be clear that it is the NDC who are responsible for all the mess in Parliament. The fact that you have speaker in Parliament does not make you the executive!
It is the executive that decides the direction of the nation. They are punished when they err on election day by the citizens. Legislature don't decide for the executive!
