As the Municipal Chief Executive for the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly, I am proud to announce the signing of a historic Sister City Partnership Agreement between Oforikrom Municipality and Zhengzhou City in the People’s Republic of China.

This milestone marks the first-ever international partnership in the history of Oforikrom, symbolizing our municipality’s growing presence on the global stage. The agreement, signed during my official visit to China, aims to promote cooperation and development across key sectors including education, road and market infrastructure, and cultural exchange.

Through this partnership, Oforikrom stands to benefit from shared knowledge, technical support, and collaborative projects that will significantly enhance the living standards of our people.

This achievement reflects our vision to build a modern, progressive, and globally connected municipality. The Oforikrom Municipal Assembly remains committed to pursuing more opportunities that will drive sustainable development and prosperity for all residents.
