It was a great honour to receive a courtesy call from Nana Osei Yaw Frimpong, Chief of Nhyiaeso, who visited together with members of his entourage. Our engagement was insightful and centered on issues of national development, youth empowerment, and the collective responsibility of leaders to create opportunities for the next generation.

We also emphasized the importance of government workers and presidential appointees building strong and respectful relationships with chiefs and traditional leaders. As custodians of our culture and key stakeholders in community development, traditional authorities play an indispensable role in fostering peace, promoting unity, and supporting the successful implementation of government policies and development initiatives at the grassroots level

As the Ashanti Regional Director of the National Service, I remain committed to supporting initiatives that equip our youth with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Meaningful partnerships and constructive engagements such as this are essential to driving development and empowering the next generation to become agents of positive change.

Together, we can build a future where every young person is empowered to contribute to national development.

The Ashanti Regional Director of the National Service Authority, *Mr.Emmanuel Reagan Fynn*, has urged government workers to remain united, focused, and committed to serving the country diligently.

He observed that some public servants become complacent simply because they consider it "government work," leading them to perform their duties carelessly.

He therefore called on all government workers to approach their responsibilities with dedication, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility to help drive national development.

My presentation focused on two key pillars for personal and professional growth: self-respect and intentional networking.

I emphasized that self-respect is the foundation of every meaningful relationship and successful career. The way we value ourselves influences the standards we set, the decisions we make, and the opportunities we attract.

I also encouraged participants to build genuine networks, reminding them that success is rarely achieved in isolation. The right relationships, built on integrity, mutual respect, and service, can open doors that qualifications alone may not.

It was inspiring to engage with such brilliant minds and share practical insights that I hope will guide them in making informed decisions about their careers and relationships.

My sincere appreciation goes to the Path and Heart Foundation for the invitation and for creating a platform that empowers young people with knowledge, purpose, and direction.
