This was the pre-interview session where the Administrative Manager gave interviewees a brief orientation of the process. They were taken through the pros and cons, dos and donts, and the necessary requirements of the process. This was done to help boost their confidence, calm them down, and ensure their emotional readiness for the actual interview.
This process is very interactive and helpful.
