Deepest Gratitude for a Memorable Mother's Day Celebration in Suhum.

My heart overflows with gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of our Mother's Day celebration yesterday in Suhum. It was an honor to celebrate and uplift the incredible mothers within our community.

A sincere thank you to our hardworking traditional leaders, security services, media personalities, stakeholders, and the wonderful people of Suhum, for making the program a beautiful and successful one. Your dedication, support, and commitment were instrumental in making the event truly special.

A special acknowledgement to our esteemed regional Minister for gracing the occasion and her continued support for Suhum. The Suhum Municipal Assembly extends a heartfelt appreciation to all the stakeholders, important personalities, and honored guests who took the time to attend and contribute to the joyous atmosphere.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all the participants who came to celebrate, your presence made this day complete.

Commissioning and Handing Over of Community Projects.

Suhum Municipal Assembly is proud to announce the official commissioning and handing over of four critical infrastructure projects. These projects, consisting of three (3) CHPS Compounds and one (1) Police Station, are being officially transferred to the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Police Service to enhance local security and healthcare delivery.

Event Schedule
The commissioning will take place over two days, covering multiple locations within the municipality:
Day 1: Thursday, 9th April, 2026

10:00 A.M. Commissioning of CHPS Compound Asarekrom.
12:00 NOON Commissioning of Police Station Akorabo.

Day 2: Friday, 10th April, 2026.
10:00 A.M. Commissioning of CHPS Compound Brong Densuso.
12:00 NOON Commissioning of CHPS Compound Kwabena Kumi .

Our Vision: Strengthening community health and safety through sustainable infrastructure development.
